			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and innovator with a 15 year track record of building successful media and marketing businesses aimed at niche segments. Throughout his career Andrew has pioneered new techniques and methodologies of working with consumers from peer to peer marketing in the 1990′s to co-creating with consumers for research and innovation in the last five years.  He is passionate about understanding customer audiences, being instrumental in setting up Face’s collaboration communities, Headbox (aimed at youth) and Mindbubble (aimed at women) and how to market with consumers rather than at them. He brings 15 years of combined experience in brand marketing research and innovation having worked with clients such as Orange, Unilever, Boots, GSK and Reckitt Benckiser.</p>
<p>Andrew is Vice President of WOMMA UK, a member of the Marketing Society and the MRS and is a regular panel speaker at insight, innovation and marketing conferences and contributes often to the research and marketing press.</p>
<p>Outside of work Andrew can be found running, doing endless activities with his three children, watching cricket or sailing.</p>

As well as driving the business day to day Job is passionate about finding intelligent and creative solutions for our rapidly growing list of clients. Job has also been at the forefront of developing on-line qualitative and social media research and has personally overseen the launch of our research communities’ headbox.com and mindbubble.com. Job is a member of The Marketing Society, the MRS and a member of WOMUK.</p>
<p>Outside of work Job is married with 3 children and whatever spare time he has is now spent cycling around the parks of SW London and watching Liverpool trying to recapture the glory days of the 70/80′s</p>

<p>Over the past ten years he has been involved in community design, market research and immersive media as a researcher, web strategist and creative technologist working for research agencies and web start ups.</p>
<p>At Face, Francesco focuses on developing new ways of conducting research specializing in online communities, social media analysis, open data, lifelogging and social simulations.</p>
<p>Francesco is a regular speaker at research, innovation and technology conferences such as WARC, MRS, ESOMAR, AURA, World Business Forum, Word of Mouth Summit, Visual Web Convention, Virtual Worlds Forum, Serious Virtual Worlds, Digital Content Distribution, Engage Conference.</p>

Prior to joining Face Cathy managed a successful viewing facility in London working with clients such as Mastercard, Unilever and Samsung. In her position as Production Manager Cathy has developed a fantastic network of creative venues, recruiters and global partners that enable her team to turn around the most challenging recruitment and logistic briefs. Cathy originally started her career in event management giving her the creativity to deliver brilliant experiences for clients and consumers when working on projects with Face.</p>
<p>When Cathy is not at work she enjoys experiencing the cultures and cuisines of different countries and when not on her travels you’ll find her in the gym or enjoying a nice glass of the grape.</p>

During this time, she has pursued her keen interest in online and mobile research, co-creative and ethnographic methodologies and applied these all over the world, from hanging out with financially constrained teens in arcades in rural China, to exploring the ins and outs of hair styling in Turkey. Sharmila takes an active interest in digital technology, the world of social media, and food, which means when not working, she’s probably updating her food blog, or talking about what to eat with other food-obsessed people on Twitter.</p>
