			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Linda has worked in the Mobile Gaming sector and brings with her solid Project Management experience working alongside developers. She joined the Production team in January 2012 and is part of the team that &#8220;makes things happen&#8221; ensuring that our research platforms run smoothly. She holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications, and is currently studying part time for her Masters in Business Management with Durham Business School.</p>
<p>In her spare time Linda is an avid follower of fashion. She also loves reading and writing poetry or short stories and reckons in another life she would have been a fashion designer or a writer.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and innovator with a 15 year track record of building successful media and marketing businesses aimed at niche segments. Throughout his career Andrew has pioneered new techniques and methodologies of working with consumers from peer to peer marketing in the 1990′s to co-creating with consumers for research and innovation in the last five years.  He is passionate about understanding customer audiences, being instrumental in setting up Face’s collaboration communities, Headbox (aimed at youth) and Mindbubble (aimed at women) and how to market with consumers rather than at them. He brings 15 years of combined experience in brand marketing research and innovation having worked with clients such as Orange, Unilever, Boots, GSK and Reckitt Benckiser.</p>
<p>Andrew is Vice President of WOMMA UK, a member of the Marketing Society and the MRS and is a regular panel speaker at insight, innovation and marketing conferences and contributes often to the research and marketing press.</p>
<p>Outside of work Andrew can be found running, doing endless activities with his three children, watching cricket or sailing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the Managing Director at Face, Job helped start the company in 2004 and brings 15 years research, marketing and innovation experience to his current role having worked on clients such as GSK, News International, Unilever, O2 and Google. As well as driving the business day to day Job is passionate about finding intelligent and creative solutions for our rapidly growing list of clients. Job has also been at the forefront of developing on-line qualitative and social media research and has personally overseen the launch of our research communities’ headbox.com and mindbubble.com. Job is a member of The Marketing Society, the MRS and a member of WOMUK.</p>
<p>Outside of work Job is married with 3 children and whatever spare time he has is now spent cycling around the parks of SW London and watching Liverpool trying to recapture the glory days of the 70/80′s</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Francesco holds a PhD in New Media and Sociology from Università degli Studi di Roma &#8216;La Sapienza&#8217; and from University of Toronto at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology where his research focused on immersive media and the social web. Over the past ten years he has been involved in social networking, collaborative research and immersive media as a researcher, web strategist and creative technologist working for research agencies and web start ups.</p>
<p>At Face, Francesco focuses on developing new ways of conducting research specializing in online communities, social media analysis, open data, lifelogging and social simulations. </p>
<p>Francesco is a regular speaker at research, innovation and technology conferences such as WARC, MRS, ESOMAR, AURA, World Business Forum, Word of Mouth Summit, Visual Web Convention, Virtual Worlds Forum, Serious Virtual Worlds, Digital Content Distribution, Engage Conference.</p>

During this time, she pursued her keen interest in workshop and ethnographic methodologies and applied these all over the world, from hanging out with financially constrained teens in arcades in rural China, to exploring the ins and outs of hair styling in Turkey.  Sharmila takes an active interest in digital technology, the world of social media, and food, which means when not working, she&#8217;s probably updating her food blog, or talking about what to eat with other food-obsessed people on Twitter.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before discovering his love of qualitative research and brand strategy, Ludwig spent time shoring up his project management and strategic research experience at IBM Austria and a London-based Fund of Hedge Funds. Ludwig’s interest in qualitative research began during his MSc in Politics and Government in the European Union at the LSE. He then went on to hone his skills across the consumer, public sector and professional services teams at FreshMinds Research. He recently joined Face to embrace the world of co-creation. Ludwig is a member of the AQR and speaks fluent German.</p>
<p>Outside of Face, Ludwig loves to contemplate the bigger questions of life: new places to eat, interesting books to get lost in, and perhaps most importantly, warm places to go on holiday.</p>
